I joined Morgan and Phillips LLP as an associate lawyer in January 2019. My practice focuses on both family and estate law matters. I am dedicated to operating as an effective advocate for my clients, and I pride myself on being a compassionate yet tenacious negotiator and litigator.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Sociology, Legal Studies and Criminology at the University of Waterloo before obtaining my law degree from Queen’s Law in Kingston, Ontario. While at Queen’s, I completed the Clinical Family Law Program whereby I had the opportunity to clerk for two of Kingston’s Family Court judges. I was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012 after completing my articles with a large Bay Street litigation firm.
I regularly represent clients at the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice. I have also appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, License Appeals Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
A prairie girl at heart, my family moved to the Milton area in the early ‘80s. After years of working and living in downtown Toronto, I am proud to call Milton home again.
